We held our first giveaway this past December 2020 in suburbs of Kampala, Uganda. Amidst the covid pandemic, many families were grieving death and loss of employment. In an effort to build hope and bring a smile in the festive season, DSMF in partnership with Operation One Project, PTMOF, Bravo Shoes, and Stress Free Investment Club gave food baskets to 200 families in Nansana, Kawempe, mukono and Luwero.
Distribution of Supplies to single mothers in kawempe took play on Day 2 of the 4 days planned visits to communities. Many single mothers were happy and grateful to receive their Christmas packs.
